By using Hitt Hosting HR ("the service"), you agree to these terms.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, providing accurate information, and ensuring authorized use within your organization.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to: violate laws (including employment/anti-discrimination law), submit knowingly false data, attempt to bypass security controls, or send unsolicited bulk communications.
AI outputs
AI suggestions (matching scores, screening reasoning, generated content) are decision-support tools — not legal or hiring advice. You retain responsibility for hiring decisions. We log overrides and provide audit trails to help you defend them.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime, monitored at status.hitthosting.com. Planned maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.
Billing
Per-seat monthly billing. Cancel anytime; pro-rated refunds for annual plans.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid. Standard SaaS limitations apply.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We provide 60 days of data export access after termination.
