Reports & Analytics

Time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer accept rate, OFCCP/EEO reporting — all built-in.

What you get

Built to solve the actual problems hiring teams hit every day.

Six core KPIs

Applications, positions opened, matches generated, offers extended, hires, proposals — at a glance.

Funnel visualization

Application → Reviewing → Shortlisted → Hired with stage-to-stage conversion rates.

Source effectiveness

Which channels (careers page, referral, LinkedIn) drove which hires. Spend efficiency calculation.

EEO/OFCCP reports

Voluntary self-id aggregate breakdowns by gender, ethnicity, veteran status, disability — admin-only with date filters and CSV export.

Adverse Impact Analysis

Automatic four-fifths-rule (80%) selection-rate monitoring across your applicant flow. Computes each protected group's selection rate and impact ratio at every gate — applied→shortlisted, →hired, →not-rejected — flags any group below 0.80, suppresses small samples, and exports the audit-ready table for OFCCP and your AAP.

Offer acceptance rollup

Pro analytics page at /dashboard/offer-acceptance shows live acceptance rate, decline / expiration mix, median days-to-accept, and a per-position breakdown — no spreadsheet needed.

How it works

Four steps from setup to value.

1

Set the date range

Default is last 90 days. Adjust to any window with the date pickers.

2

Review KPIs and trends

Daily applications chart shows volume swings. KPI cards show totals.

3

Drill into the funnel

Click a stage to see the candidates currently in it.

4

Export and share

CSV export of the summary or any specific report. Email-ready.

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Can I schedule reports to my inbox?

Scheduled email digests are on the roadmap. Today, export CSV manually.

Where does EEO data come from?

Self-identification on the public application form (always voluntary). Stored separately with admin-only access. Aggregated in reports — never shown per individual.

How does the Adverse Impact Analysis work?

It applies the EEOC four-fifths (80%) rule: for each selection gate it takes the highest-rate group as the benchmark and flags any group whose selection rate is below 80% of it. Groups smaller than a configurable minimum (default 5) are suppressed to avoid statistically meaningless flags. It is a screening aid, not legal advice.

Can I customize the report dashboards?

Custom dashboards are on the roadmap. Today, the pre-built dashboard covers the 6 metrics that 95% of teams need.
