Can I tune the scoring?
Yes. Admin settings expose weight sliders for clearance, skills, experience, location, certifications, and agency familiarity. Total weight cap of 100%.
How is bias mitigated?
Reasoning is mandatory and audit-logged. You can review override patterns and run periodic disparate-impact checks. We document our audit methodology in the trust report.
