Offers & eSignatures

Generate, send, and track offer letters with tokenized signature URLs and auto PDF.

Eliminate the offer-letter scramble. Draft from a template, send a single tokenized link, capture an electronic signature, and download a stamped PDF.

What you get

Built to solve the actual problems hiring teams hit every day.

Tokenized signature URLs

Each offer gets a unique /sign/[token] link. Candidates accept or decline with a typed legal name. No third-party DocuSign needed.

PDF export

Branded PDF with summary box, body, and signature block. Downloadable from the candidate or recruiter side.

Status tracking

Draft → Sent → Accepted / Declined / Expired / Rescinded with timestamps and audit log.

Auto-onboarding

When a candidate accepts, the onboarding workflow kicks off automatically with a 12-task default checklist.

How it works

Four steps from setup to value.

1

Draft the offer

Pick the candidate (or enter manually), choose the position, fill salary/start date, and write the body using merge tags.

2

Generate sign link

Saving creates a unique signature token. Copy the link with one click and email it from inside the platform.

3

Candidate signs

They land on a clean public page, review the offer, type their name, and click Accept or Decline.

4

Track and download

You see status in real time. Download the signed PDF for HR/payroll handoff.

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Is the e-signature legally binding?

A typed signature combined with timestamp and IP capture is a valid electronic signature under ESIGN and UETA. For roles requiring wet signatures (rare), export the PDF and route through your existing process.

Can I customize the offer template?

Templates live in /templates. Use merge tags like {{first_name}}, {{position_title}}, {{salary}}, {{start_date}}.

What happens if the candidate declines?

Status changes to Declined. The offer is preserved for the audit trail but no further action is required. The pipeline stage flips back automatically.
