Hitt Hosting HR was built because every existing ATS made hiring harder, not easier. Bloated UIs, keyword-only matching, no real audit trail when AI was involved. We wanted a tool that respected recruiters' time and gave hiring managers actual visibility — across any industry, with extra depth for the cleared-staffing world.
