Pricing FAQ
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start any paid plan with no charge for 14 days. We collect a card up front but don't charge until day 15. Cancel anytime in those 14 days at no cost.
What counts as a recruiter seat?
Anyone with a `client` or `admin` role in your workspace. Candidates and subcontractors are always free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We pro-rate charges within the same billing period.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes — 50% off for registered 501(c)(3) non-profits and pre-seed startups (under $1M raised). Email sales for a code.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts on Free or Pro. Annual GovCon plans require 30 days notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
