Hiring Pipeline
Kanban-style visibility from open to filled — with bulk actions, scorecards, and interviews.
See every candidate, every stage, every blocker on one screen. Move candidates through stages with one click. Bulk-update, schedule interviews, and capture team feedback inline. Schedule an interview and the candidate gets a branded email invite with a one-click calendar (.ics) attachment — no more copy-pasting links.
What you get
Built to solve the actual problems hiring teams hit every day.
7-stage Kanban
Open → Sourcing → Screening → Submitted → Interviewing → Offered → Filled. Drag to advance.
Per-stage cards
Each candidate card shows score, urgency, position count, and blockers at a glance.
Bulk advance
Select multiple candidates and move them in one action.
Board + table views
Toggle between Kanban and a compact table view; refresh to pull the latest team changes.
One-click candidate invites
Schedule an interview, hit "Send invite", and the candidate gets a branded email with a calendar (.ics) attachment they add in one click. The panel shows "Invite sent" and offers a resend.
How it works
Four steps from setup to value.
Create a staffing request
New positions or backfills automatically populate the Open column.
Source and advance
Drag candidates into Sourcing as you reach out; into Screening when a phone screen is booked.
Capture team feedback
Each candidate gets scorecards (5-point ratings across overall/technical/comm/culture) and comments from interviewers.
Invite the candidate
Click "Send invite" on a scheduled interview to email the candidate a branded invitation with a one-click .ics calendar attachment.
Move to offered
When a hiring manager approves, the candidate goes to Offered and a draft offer is auto-created.
FAQ
Quick answers to common questions.
Can I customize the stages?
Custom stages are on the roadmap. The default 7 stages map to virtually every B2B and federal recruiting flow.
How does this differ from the Applications inbox?
Applications is for candidates who applied via your public careers page. Pipeline is for staffing requests — broader, includes sourced candidates, and supports multiple candidates per request.
Is there a board view + table view?
Both. Toggle between Kanban (default) and table (compact) at the top right.
