Public Careers Page

Branded job board, custom application forms, knockout questions — free on every plan.

A SEO-friendly careers page with custom application forms — no third-party board, no monthly subscription, no candidate wrangling. Pro and GovCon teams add AI screening on every submission.

What you get

Built to solve the actual problems hiring teams hit every day.

Branded job listings

Your careers page lives at /careers on your domain. Search engines crawl it. Candidates apply on your site.

Custom application forms

Per-position screening questions, optional EEO self-identification, knockout questions that auto-reject hard-fail answers.

AI screening on submit (Pro+)

On Pro and GovCon, every application is scored against the position requirements within seconds — no manual triage queue.

Public + private toggle

Roles can be public, internal-only, or shared via direct link without listing.

How it works

Four steps from setup to value.

1

Toggle a position public

Inside the position editor, flip the "Publish to public careers page" switch.

2

Set the slug

Customize the URL slug (or let us auto-generate from the title). Configure salary range, employment type, screening questions.

3

Auto-publish

The position appears at /careers and /careers/[slug] immediately. Candidates apply with one click.

4

AI screens & files

On submit, the application is scored, fraud-checked, and filed in the Applications inbox with reasoning.

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Can I customize the look of the careers page?

Yes — your logo, colors, and content. The careers page inherits your brand styling.

Can I require candidates to upload a resume?

You can require a resume URL (LinkedIn, Drive, etc.). Direct file upload to the application is on the roadmap.

How do knockout questions work?

Configure expected answers when creating the position. If a candidate answers wrong (e.g., not a U.S. citizen for a cleared role), the application is auto-rejected with a polite message.
